All of the websites that I have found listing foreclosures request a fee. The problem is that most of the information is outdated and the houses list the 2nd mortgage, not the actual cost of purchasing.Are there any that are legitimate? I need your help p.s. My condo neighbor has had a tough few months. How can I make her problems not mine with her needing someone to listen to her?I do not want to get emotionally wrapped in this. I have my own life with a disabled husband at home. My ex husband was supposed to pay my mortgage in lieu of child support per our divorce agreement. He has stopped making payments and my home will soon be in foreclosure. I am on disability SSI and was wondering if there were any programs to protect disabled people from losing their homes to foreclosure. I doubt there is, but I am desperate as my son is also disabled with autism and moving out of the only home he's ever known will be terribly detrimental to his progress.

What do you say to a boyfriend(63) who lost his house to foreclosure and wants to move in with you.?
He quit his job 2 years ago and only gets a small social security check. He is very overweight and very bossy. I like him as a friend but know he'd be very difficult to live with. His own home was messy and not very clean.
